Toggle chains for sheet pile sections

Toggle chains similar to EN 818-4 (grade 8)

Our toggle chains (also known as sheet pile chains) are specially designed for lifting, moving and transporting sheet pile sections. The user guides the chain end with the toggle through the hole in the sheet pile. After unfolding the toggle, the opposite side can be attached and the sheet pile can be lifted. In this way, sheet piles can be handled safely. Our sheet pile chains meet all requirements of DIN EN 818-4 (grade 8).

The tested chains for lifting and moving sheet pile sections are manufactured from high-strength Grade 80 steel and are available in polished or painted finishes. They are available in three different versions:

• Simple: The toggle is directly connected to the chain.
• With A-link: Structure in the combination toggle – chain – A-link.
• With toggle on both sides: Design consisting of toggle – chain – toggle.
