Round steel chains according to DIN 764 (grade 3)
Round steel chains according to DIN 764 are used as pulling device in continuous conveyors, tubular chain conveyors and bulk material conveyors, or in shipping as anchor winches, ship’s equipment or fender chains. The 16 mm nominal size, in particular, is also suitable for use as a manure spreader chain in agriculture. They are available in bundles or by the metre and come with a test certificate in accordance with DIN 685-4.
Properties: Pitch 3.5d, tested and calibrated
Execution: Polished, electro galvanized, hot-dip galvanized
Area of application: Pulling device for continuous conveyors
Material: Quenched and tempered steels, case-hardened steels and stainless steels (e.g. 1.4404)
